In the press, it was reported that two condo launches bolstered sales in October though experts say the market will stay flat.
According to the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) yesterday, there were 546 new private homes sold last month, up 60 per cent on the 341 moved in September.
The total is 822 units if executive condominiums are included, up 31 per cent from the 629 homes sold in September.
The best sellers in October (with median $psf) are
- Principal Garden ($1633)
- Thomson Impressions ($1399)
- Sims Urban Oasis ($1285)
- The Panorama ($1226)
- High Park Residences ($922)
These sales were about 30 per cent lower than the 785 units moved in October last year.
