382 private sales homes were sold by developers last month, 2.1% higher than the previous month. However it is the lowest February sales since 174 units sold in Feb 2008 when home buying was hit by the global crisis.Top seller is Guocoland’s Sims Oasis with 112 units sold at median price of $1397psf.
It remains to be seen if such trends will be changed with the new projects due to launch in the coming months. Upcoming projects include Kingsford Waterbay along Upper Serangoon View, 920-unit North Park Residences by Frasers Centrepoint, and UOL’s 797 Botanique at Bartley. Other projects include 6 projects in Core Central Region, 2 projects in RCR, and one more at Fernvale area (OCR).
