According to STOMP and the SAF Army facebook page, another World War II relic was found at a construction site near Marine Parade at about 3pm yesterday (June 19).
According to SAF Army facebook page, it says:
“Another WW II War Relic Found! At about 3pm yesterday afternoon, a World War II war relic was found at a construction site near Marine Parade. Our SAF EOD Team was activated to the site, and the relic was identified to be a hand grenade. The team assessed that the relic was safe to handle, and transported it to a safe location for disposal. Once again, thank you EOD Team for your swift response!
